At some time in your life, you probably met someone who didn't believe in God. They more than likely used the argument that there is no proof for the existence of God.
For thousands of years, people argued and fought over their god's. Some had many, some had few. For hundreds of years, religions that did have one God, fought over who's God was the true God.
Up until roughly 200 years ago, people had a real advantage over the people living today. They were mostly simple people who followed the religion they were brought up with. Life was simple.
In today's world, there are many God's. In many people's minds and hearts, creation happened by itself with no need of God. They believe that statement, and no matter how impossible, or even ridiculous it is, just because science said so.
In today's world, people do not want to take responsibility for how they act. They want to be as corrupt as possible, with no one to answer to. Pleasure of all types, without limit, is the name of the game.
There are many gods today. People worship money, sports stars, entertainers, their possessions, and all kinds of things. Anything they don't like, they deny. The existence of Jesus and the supreme creator tops the list. They do not accept the reality of hell, they have a distorted view of decency, lack of charity, and consider only their own fleshly desires. They become their own God.
Denial of a supreme being is denying the one who created them. I guess they would rather believe that they were descended from apes, because in the end they are not accountable to apes. Denying the truth, does not change the fact that it is true.
The true God is Jesus Christ. He is alive and well, and no amount of denial, can change that. Have a blessed day.
Praise the Lord!
Remember Jesus Loves You
Prayer of Salvation
Lord Jesus, I thank you for what you did on the cross for me. Your blood washed away all my sins, by your stripes I was healed, your death and resurrection brought me salvation. Please forgive my sins, and come into my heart as my personal Savior.
Thank You Lord
Amen
