Renew Your Mind

It Is Written, Romans 12:2,  and do not be conformed to this world,  but be transformed by the renewing of your mind,  that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Most of us lead what we have come to call, a normal life.  We have a family, a job, a typical house or apartment.  We do what everyone else does most of the time.  Ordinary activities  have become routine.
So what's wrong with that, you may ask.  On the surface nothing.  But life has a way of sneaking up on you.  Things may not be as satisfying as they once were, especially as you get older.  Dissatisfaction can grow until it boggles your mind.  At that point you may wonder what happened?
What most of us don't really think about too much,  is changes are going to happen.  That is life.  It would be a good idea for all of us to consider re-evaluating our lives every few years.  If you're unhappy about something, think about how you can change it, or if it can be changed at all.  Do you need new goals?  Look at it logically and not emotionally.  Look at your situation through new eyes.  Renew your mind by new thinking.
The majority of people need God and they don't know it.  You can usually tell by an empty feeling that you can't put your finger on.  Most of those people don't want to know God because they think that would ruin the life they want to lead.  A change in thinking by checking out the Word of God in the Bible would make a big change in their life and future.
Accepting Jesus as Savior and dedicating their lives to Him, would be the greatest decision they could ever make.  When you receive Jesus as Savior, you also receive the Holy Spirit, who will guide you in the way you should go for a great life and future.
In any case, renewing of the mind, without hanging onto preconceived ideas, would be a great help to anyone.  Have a blessed day.
Praise the Lord!
Remember Jesus Loves You
Prayer of Salvation
Lord Jesus, I thank you for what you did on the cross for me.  Your blood washed away all my sins, by your stripes I was healed, your death and resurrection brought me salvation.  Please forgive my sins, and come into my heart as my personal Savior.
Thank You Lord
Amen
