Common Sense Is God Sense

It Is Written, 1 Peter 5:7, casting all your cares on Him, for He cares for you.
In talking to a close friend today,  I came to realize that a lot of people have a problem understanding what "give your problem to God" means.  They think it is all about giving up control or free will.  This message is about a method that works for me, and some people I know.  It will work for you.
When you have a problem, start out by asking God to help you examine that problem.  What would be the result of fixing the problem, and what would happen if it wasn't fixed?  Is it really a problem?  Okay let us assume it is a problem.
The next step is giving that problem to God, and asking Him for help in prayer.  After that, believe that the problem is solved, and start thanking God for it.  When you are alone, thank Him out loud so that you hear yourself accepting the answer.
Now you patiently wait for the manifestation.  Do not dwell on your former problem, or take back ownership in any form, because that is fear or doubt, and will bring the problem back even more in your mind.  When you constantly think about what your problem is, you are just giving it life and making it stronger.
Stay in touch with God, and listen for that small voice.  If it is a health issue for instance, that little voice may tell you to see a doctor, or how to make some changes in your lifestyle, such as diet or exercise.
People don't realize, that many times God uses other people to take care of problems.  Doctors, medicine, and other types of professional help are not a sin, but a way of helping people who have trouble letting go completely. God understands.  Just keep thanking Him and giving Him the credit, and your problem will melt away.
The big thing is to believe, and always use faith filled words.  Whether the answer is divine, or carnal, if you sincerely thank God, you will get what you pray for.  No guilt connected to it.  Have a blessed day.
Praise the Lord!
Remember Jesus Loves You
Prayer of Salvation
Lord Jesus, I thank you for what you did on the cross for me.  Your blood washed away all my sins, by your stripes I was healed, your death and resurrection brought me salvation.  Please forgive my sins, and come into my heart as my personal Savior.
Thank You Lord
Amen
