Holy Spirit And Truth

It Is Written, John 16:13, however when He, the Spirit of truth has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.
The Holy Spirit is probably the least known of the Trinity. Who He is, and what He does, is a mystery to most people. Some denominations pretty much ignore Him, and many others don't really get into His mission.
The Bible is the word of God, and the Holy Spirit represents its truth and  power. Jesus Himself, sent the Holy Spirit here for that purpose.
Jesus intended for us to have the Holy Spirit as our helper. As our helper, He guides us in the truth, directs us in the way of God's plan for us, and even helps us in our daily lives. He never fails those who believe in Him.
It is no big secret about the Holy Spirit. When we accept salvation, we automatically receive the Holy Spirit. This is a life-changing experience, because our spirit self, unites with the Holy Spirit, and we are empowered to do the work God planned for us to do.
What Jesus told His disciples just before He ascended to Heaven, applies to us also. Don't miss another day of the love, power, and help of the Holy Spirit. There are literally dozens of books written about Him. It will change your life for the better if you get to know Him in a relationship. God bless you and your family.
Praise The Lord!

All Is Well

It Is Written, Ephesians 4:11-12, and He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the Saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.
There is a song in almost every hymn book, that has the lines, "all is well with my soul".
Every time I hear that song, it touches my spirit. It uplifts me and gives me inner peace. There must be a reason, because every other song that touches me, is like my personal story. At that point, I examined the song.
I love Jesus, the Father, and the Holy Spirit. When I pray, I tell the Lord how much my spirit loves Him, and is grateful to Him. As it says in John 4:24, God is a spirit, and those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and truth.
Since we are made in God's image, a spirit, I believe our spirits are joined at our salvation. Since God is in each of us, we must realize that we are following His plan for us, with the help of the Holy Spirit.
If we get off course, the Holy Spirit guides us back. Nothing happens to us  that God didn't know ahead of time.
If we realize that everything that happens, is God's plan, we shouldn't complain or question our Creator. At that point the Spirit within us says in a loud clear voice, "all is well with my soul". God bless you and your family. Praise The Lord!

God Doesn't Give Up

It Is Written, John 6:44, no one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day.
Salvation is something most people want, but not all know it or accept the idea. Many people have it because they accepted Jesus, and for most that is all they care about.
If anyone of us bought a lottery ticket, and the odds were millions to one, and we won, we would be so excited, we would feel like we were floating.
Think of this. God the Father picked you and me from billions of people to be drawn to Jesus. Not everyone takes advantage, because they don't know the value of salvation.
I spent the majority of my life with no thought of salvation. Over the years, as I look back, I can see countless times God kept me from  having the major problems I deserved, as well as blessings I didn't deserve. He saved my life at least six times, starting when I was six months old.
The whole point is this. God pursued me all of those years. He never let me go, no matter what I did or thought.
God showed me Jesus and salvation. I am at total peace in my spirit because I know God loves me so much, that He wanted me to spend eternity with Him. Salvation cannot be appreciated as it should, except in your spirit. What most people have difficulty accepting, is that when you are saved the Holy Spirit comes to live in your heart. When you speak to God, speak through your heart. God bless you and your family.
Praise The Lord!

Unimaginable Love

It Is Written, Colossians 3:15, and let the peace of God rule in your heart, to which also you were called in one body, and be thankful.
Have you ever considered how much God loves us? As much as I think and try to figure it out, I cannot come up with an answer, that would adequately describe it.
I thank God that He doesn't think like people. If He did the world would've been destroyed countless times. I don't believe anyone can imagine the full extent of God's love.
Suppose all the people you know, turned against you. You try time after time to be kind, forgiving, loving, generous, but they just keep getting worse.
These people only used ugly, hateful words, whenever they see you. They do the worst things they could think of to hurt you. They took everything you gave them in love, and destroyed them, and were totally ungrateful.
Okay. Now the truth. If you could, without penalty, destroy these people, would you? Would you love and forgive them, and put it out of your memory?
God did. And man  is worse to Him now, than he ever was. Man keeps looking for new ways to insult God. How would you describe God's love? God bless you and your family.
Praise The Lord!
