The Greatest Gift

It Is Written, Matthew 26:28, for this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
When Jesus was on this earth, He spoke of love, and how we should treat each other.  He also explained what sin was and how deadly it is.
God's idea of sin differs quite a bit from what we consider sin.  Just a few examples, because we cannot cover all of them.
Jesus said that hate for your brother is the same as murder.  Lusting in your heart for a woman is the same as adultery.  He covered many subjects that most people today do not consider as sinful.  Homosexuality, lying, cheating, fornication, anger, and the list goes on and on.  Jesus said if you broke one of the commandments, you broke them all.
If you look at what God considers sin, they are mentioned in the Bible, you realize that if you go by His idea of sin, you are in an impossible situation on your own.  God is the creator, and He gets to make the rules.
Here is the good news. When God created man, He loved him, knew man's weaknesses, and came up with a plan to save him.  God sent His only son, Jesus, to die and shed H's is blood to pay for our sins.  All we have to do, is to do our best to avoid sin, but if we do sin, ask for forgiveness.  When we repent with a sincere heart, He cancels our sin debt.
So you see, by the grace of God, and Jesus death and resurrection, we are  saved.  All we have to do is accept Jesus as our Savior, and repent in our hearts, and we become children of God.
You don't have to live in condemnation, or lie to yourself anymore.  For forgiveness for absolutely everything, and peace in your heart comes through Jesus.  Just ask Him. Have a blessed day.
Praise the Lord!
Remember Jesus Loves You
Prayer of Salvation
Lord Jesus, I thank you for what you did on the cross for me.  Your blood washed away all my sins, by your stripes I was healed, your death and resurrection brought me salvation.  Please forgive my sins, and come into my heart as my personal Savior.
Thank You Lord
Amen
