Living By Faith-An Epiphany

It Is Written, 2 Corinthians 5:7,  for we walk by faith, not by sight.
If you ask the average person what that verse means, they are probably going to say that God expects you to have nothing, and struggle to get by. That would be wrong.
It is no secret that we live in a messed up,  godless world.  Bad things happen every day.  The amount of violence and hate is overwhelming.  It is no surprise that some people live in fear to the point where they are practically helpless.  Depression is common for many people, because they do not know how to cope with what is going on.
There is a growing number of people, who are referred to as doomsday preppers.  These people, plan and practice, what they believe will help them survive a total collapse of the world, as far as government, economy and so on.
This is where faith comes in.  You don't deny how bad things are, you just don't let these things affect you, because you know God loves you and takes care of you.  This is living by faith.
The future is written in God's word.  The word tells us the whole story, all of the facts, no speculation.  If you have accepted Jesus as your Savior, you know you have nothing to worry about.  We win.  All of the bad stuff will pass.  If you believe in the rapture, you realize that you will be in heaven before the antichrist comes.
So my friends, if you realize that everything that happens, is a part of God's plan, you don't have to be a victim of circumstances.  Don't forget,  He knew who would follow Him, and who would reject Him.  His plan takes everything into consideration, including each person's choices, so you really have nothing to worry about, if you are a believer.  Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!
Remember Jesus Loves You
Prayer of Salvation
Lord Jesus, I thank you for what you did on the cross for me.  Your blood washed away all my sins, by your stripes I was healed, your death and resurrection brought me salvation.  Please forgive my sins, and come into my heart as my personal Savior.
Thank You Lord
Amen
