Don't Give Up On Prayer

It Is Written, James 5:15, and the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
This verse concerns the prayer of salvation.  Everyone who confesses and accepts Jesus as Savior is saved.  We are saved by faith.  We believe it because God said so.  We have no doubt.
So why is any other prayer harder to have faith for?  The big difference for many people is the nature of the prayer itself.  The prayer of salvation is one we accept on faith.  We believe it because it makes us feel peace about our eventual future.  We know the result will manifest when we die, so it is easier to believe now.  Answer to a prayer in the present, begins the process of doubt for a lot of people, because the answer is here and now, or not.
It may be hard to believe, but in the spirit world, prayers are answered immediately.  It takes continuing faith to produce results.  Faith is what brings it into the physical world.  We need to take a closer look at how we pray.  As Charles Capps said, speak the answer not the problem.
All prayer requires the same kind of faith, as in the prayer of salvation.  If you can do it for salvation, you can do it for anything.  God's Word does not change.  Realize that God does everything in His time and in His way. Know that His word says that He answers the prayers of the righteous, and you are righteous by what Jesus did.  So claim the blessings of the righteous, and believe.  Have a blessed day.  Praise Lord!
Remember Jesus Loves You
Prayer of Salvation
Lord Jesus, I thank you for what you did on the cross for me.  Your blood washed away all my sins, by your stripes I was healed, your death and resurrection brought me salvation.  Please forgive my sins, and come into my heart as my personal Savior.
Thank You Lord
 Amen
