No Condemnation

Romans 8:1, There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

It may come as a surprise to you, but even Christians have periods of doubt about their spiritual well-being. Why is that we may ask? As with most things, the answer is pretty simple. Let's take a look at some verses that may help.

1 Peter 5:1, Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.

That verse  tells you that satan is on the prowl and he is running around trying his hardest, especially with Christians to make them feel condemned and unloved by God. He wants you and I to be as bad off as he is, with no hope. It may seem like he only attacks Christians, and you would probably be mostly right. The simple reason is he already has the majority and he doesn't need to work on them.

2 Corinthians 11:3, But I fear, Unless somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

This verse is just a reminder to be on your guard, and always realize that if you were saved to begin with you generally have nothing to worry about. I do not know of any way that a truly saved person can lose salvation.

As you have probably figured out by now from these verses, satan is an evil, sneaky, villain. He has had thousands of years to perfect his trickery, and he has become number one at it.

You are not guilty of the evil thoughts satan puts in your mind. You are guilty only when you act on them. satan knows the Bible very well. He will spin, omit, change, what the Word says in order to deceive you and everyone else. it is therefore very important for you to know God's Word, so you will not be an easy target for his trickery.

Here is a very important point to remember. satan is always condemning us to God the Father. The Lord Jesus Christ is our advocate in Heaven, because by His death and Resurrection he has made us righteous in the eyes of the Father. Absolutely no condemnation.

If your heart is right with God, He will not condemn you. When you are in doubt,  He is the answer to everything. God bless you and your family. Praise The Lord!

Remember Jesus loves you.

Prayer of Salvation.

Lord Jesus, please forgive all of my sins, and come into my heart as my personal savior. I want to serve Only You.

Praise The Lord!

Amen
