It's Not About Us

If you ever wondered why you are here, read and study, as well as believe today's verse.1 Corinthians 13:1-13.
When God sent His only son on a rescue mission to save man, God the Father sacrificed His most precious possession, His son Jesus. Jesus in turn gave everything He had, in order to save all who would accept Him. Jesus lived according to the Word of God. He showed us by His example, how we should live.
As it is written in Mark 16:15-18, and He said to them, go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved, but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues, he will take up serpents, and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick and they will recover.
In order to even begin to follow God's Word we must make the decision that God will be, and is number one in our lives. Matthew 6:24 says, no one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and Man. It is said in James 4:4, adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enemy with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
As you can see from all of these verses my friends, it is about God, not us. We were put here for a reason. His word tells us what that reason is, and we receive all of His love and help on our trip to eternity. God bless you and your family. Praise the Lord!
Remember Jesus Loves You
Prayer of Salvation
Lord Jesus, I thank you for what you did on the cross for me. Your blood washed away all my sins, by your stripes I was healed, your death and resurrection brought me salvation. Please forgive my sins, and come into my heart as my personal Savior.
Thank You Lord
Amen
