A New You

Ephesians 1:7-8, In Him, we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence.

Jesus shed His precious blood in order to forgive our sins. There is a catch. You must repent of your sins. If you believe you are not guilty of sins, you are starting on the road to destruction.

1 John 1:8-10, If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His Word is not in us.

Luke 5:32, I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Some people claim to know God. They ask Him to change someone else to fit who they are and they sit back and think Jesus will take care of it. This person also believes he or she is perfect and Jesus welcomes their sinful ways. Does this give you a clue to the kind of person who feels they have no sin?

2 Corinthians 5:17, Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold all things become new.

1 John 5:18, We know that whoever is born of God, does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.

Sin comes in many forms. Be sure to keep this in mind however, God does not think the way we do. You cannot possibly know God unless you know His standards. The only way you get to know His standards is by reading His Word, the Bible. Ask yourself if some effort is worth where you will be forever, or is it too much trouble? It is absolutely your choice. Be a new man or the same old one. God bless you and your family.

Praise The Lord!

Remember Jesus loves you.

Prayer of Salvation.

Lord Jesus, please forgive all of my sins, and come into my life as my personal savior. I want to serve Only You.

Praise The Lord!

Amen
