A Hard Gift From God

Proverbs 16:9

The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.

We have been taught since our youth that we have free will. This can be a good thing, or a bad thing, depending on how you look at it. Many people in today's world believe that they are in control. They feel that they can get along just fine without God. As a matter of fact, most of these people do not accept the existence of an all-powerful creator.

In these times we live in, it seems that most people make decisions based on what they feel is best for them at the time. They seek ever-increasing pleasure, and feel that they are their own God. Usually if things get really bad, they must blame someone other than themselves for their bad decisions. That someone is usually the God they don't believe exists. That's logic for you.

How many people believe in the God of the Bible? All of God's help is available to all who accept Jesus as their savior. When they let go of self and turn their lives over to God unconditionally, they are on the right path. They must believe in their heart  Jesus died for them, and that all He said is true.

Following the path of Jesus is not without problems. The big difference is,  that with Jesus, he helps you through the Holy Spirit to a good result. Following your Lord's plan means your decisions will be correct, you can overcome any adversity, and satan has no power over you in Jesus name. So you see my friends, free will is a two edged sword. How you use it is up to you. Either way though, there are consequences.

Following satan is the easy way to total destruction. Following Jesus is sometimes harder, but when Jesus is your savior, you are the ultimate winner for sure. Make sure you use your free to make the right decisions. God bless you and your family. praise The Lord!

Remember Jesus loves you.

Prayer of Salvation.

Lord Jesus, please forgive all of my sins, and come into my heart as my personal savior. I want to serve Only You.

Praise the Lord!

Amen
