It
Is Written, Hebrews 12:3, four consider Him who endured such
hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and
discouraged in your souls.
This
verse is telling us that when we face troubles of any kind because we
are following God's will for us, instead of becoming discouraged,
losing faith, or wanting to give up, we should look at what Jesus
went through following His Fathers will.
It
is normal for Christians to start getting discouraged in their faith.
We naturally wonder if we are really following God's plan. Are our
prayers heard by God? Do they go along with His plan? Does it seems
that our prayer was unfruitful because it is taking a long time to
manifest?
When
we start to get discouraged, and we all will at one time or another,
satan is all too eager to step in to try and put gasoline on the
fire. He will try to make us doubt that God loves us. He will tell
us that we are not good enough, and even if we were, God is not
interested in us or how we feel. Remember it is all lies, concocted
by the father of lies.
The
truth is God goes through a correcting, and learning process with
each of us. He allows us to test our faith by doing things like
making us wait for an answer. He lets things look bad or impossible
so that we learn to trust Him, not ourselves.
As
we grow, He can trust us with more things to do. We must keep the
faith. Remember we do not operate by feelings. We operate by
trusting God and His plan for us. Realize that there will always be
attacks from satan, who continues to plant seeds of doubt about our
relationship with God. satan knows that if he can discourage us, he
can block our faith and any miracles from God.
Praise
the Lord, satan has no power over us. He cannot make us do anything.
The only thing he can do, is what we allow him to do. It is
written, 1 John 4:4, you are of God, little children, and have
overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in
the world. Have a blessed day.
Praise
the Lord!

Prayer
of Salvation
Lord
Jesus, I thank you for what you did on the cross for me. Your blood
washed away all my sins, by your stripes I was healed, your death and
resurrection brought me salvation. Please forgive my sins, and come
into my heart as my personal Savior.
Thank
You Lord
Amen
