Job 15: 31-32, let him not trust in emptiness, deceiving himself, for emptiness will be his payment. it will be paid in full before his time, and his branch will not be green.
If you are like most people, you experience an occasional period of time where you feel a certain kind of emptiness in your being. That's the kind of emptiness that you are unable to fill on your own. It is at times like this that you should go to your Bible and see what the word of God has to say.
Matthew 11: 28-29, come to Me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you, and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
The number one thing to remember at a time like this is you are not alone. Did it ever occur to you that times like this happen because it might be the Holy Spirit telling you that you have not talked to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in a long time?
Jeremiah 29: 11, for I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
It is important to remember that times like this can also occur because satan is trying to take over in your life. If you fill your heart with the word of God, talk to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and ask for help from the Holy Spirit, satan will flee.
Luke 11: 24-26, when the unclean spirit has gone out of a person, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, and finding none it says, I will return to my house from which I came. And when he comes, he finds it swept and put in order. Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first.
Simply put, once you call on the Lord to help you, satan will leave. If however, you let it go with that and don't fill your heart and mind with the word of God, he will come back, and things will be worse.
As you have probably figured out by now the word of God is filled with verses about how much He loves you, how much He forgives, how much He helps. The name of our Lord Jesus Christ is greater than any problem or situation you can find yourself in.
Our Father God is waiting for you. He does not force Himself on anyone, but He does send little messages to our hearts. In the end it is all up to each one of us as to whether we will heed His word or continue on the wrong path.
Proverbs 14: 12, there is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death.
God Bless you and your family. Praise The Lord!
Remember Jesus loves you.
Prayer of Salvation.
My Lord Jesus Christ, I Thank you and Praise you for what you did on the cross for me. By your stripes I was healed and your blood washed away my sins. Your death and resurrection made my salvation possible. I confess my sins, and I ask you to come into my heart as my personal savior. Thank You
Amen!
Praise The Lord!
