Stretch Your Faith

2 Corinthians 5:7, for we walk by faith, not by sight.

Faith is quite a subject to meditate on. When you tell most people to meditate, they will tell you they don’t know how to meditate. So, they spend the greater part of their life worrying about everything.

If you give this idea of meditating any thought at all, you will come to realize that worry is actually negative meditation. Being so sure everything will go wrong is faith in the negative. Same effort, different results.

As usual I have a theory. This concerns negative faith. It is much easier in the minds of many people to have no faith. When you have no faith, you don’t have to read and trust the word. You don’t have to be disappointed if your prayers are not answered. You think miracles don’t happen anymore. Negativity becomes like a security blanket, very comfortable.

Hebrews 11:1, now Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of Things Not Seen.

Having real faith is an adventurous kind of thing. You read the word and believe what it says. You start to exercise your faith with little things, possibly something like a parking space. As you study more and expand your prayers, you start getting bigger results. You might even consider a prayer unanswered if it doesn’t turn out the way you expected. When you think about it though, you can see it makes sense that it turned out the way it did. So, your faith does not go into a tailspin.

No sincere prayer goes unanswered. You will get to the point where you can write down a prayer that is so detailed that most people would say it is impossible. They probably don’t know that nothing is impossible with God

I find that writing a prayer down, in detail, and quoting scripture that fits the situation, brings a prayer to life. After you write it, pray it out loud, and you put it into the spirit world where it can work. Immediately thank God that you received your answer, and just believe. Thank God every day for the answer to your prayer and speak only positive words. Faith is made to be stretched because that is the way God made it.

Romans 10:17, so then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

God bless you and your family. Praise The Lord!

Remember Jesus loves you.

Prayer of Salvation.

My Lord Jesus Christ, I thank you and Praise you for what you did on the cross for me. By your stripes I was healed and your blood washed away all my sins. Your death and resurrection made my salvation possible. I confess my sins, and I ask you to come into my heart as my personal savior. Amen!

Praise The Lord!
