Let God
Romans 12:2, do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Sometimes people get a little confused when they pray about something that they want. They’re not sure what to pray. Should it be something like, Lord if it is your will, or should it be just what you want. We have heard a lot of things about how faith works
One of the things I have read recently puts it all in a nutshell. Instead of bringing our problems to God, bring God to our problems. This is what speaking to the mountain is in my own opinion. I have read enough and listened to enough preachers to believe that you must speak to your problem and believe.
When Jesus was on this Earth and prayed, He spoke the result not the problem. I think that’s a pretty good example for us. Jesus told the apostles they will do greater works than He did. I believe that is exactly what He meant. He wasn’t just talking when He told us that whatever we asked the Father in His name He will do if we believe.
So now we get to the part about prayers. When we pray to the Lord, we go to Him and remind Him of scriptures that fit our requests. Other times we just command the problem in Jesus’ name and believe. This would apply in a case such as praying for someone to be healed, or even in some cases that a person finds the Lord Jesus Christ and to be saved.
1 John 3:20, For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart and knows all things.
Maybe confusion comes from the fact that we’re not sure whether we should command the problem in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, or ask Him to handle it. I think the best answer to that is what the little voice in your heart is telling you.
As I have said many times in the past, the answers to our prayers are not always what we expect. Remember that because God loves you so much it is for your own benefit whether it appears to you as you expect or the way He answers. You can count on the fact that whatever the answer is it will be best for you.
When we pray we absolutely have to put everything in His hands. Worrying about it is a sin. Fear is a tool of the devil, and any doubt, worry, or things of that nature including putting in your own two cents, will delay or block the answer. Trust in Him to do what is best for you. Believe with your heart and forget about it.
Above all remember that patience is required in every case, and that no prayer from a sincere heart ever goes on unanswered. So just Praise the Lord and know that your answer is on the way. When Jesus Christ Our Lord died on the cross, He took care of everything we will ever need in our lives including salvation. All we have to do is claim it, in His name. God Bless you and your family. Praise The Lord!
Remember Jesus loves you.
Prayer of Salvation.
My Lord Jesus Christ, I thank you and Praise you for what you did on the cross for me. By your stripes I was healed and your blood washed away my sins. Your death and Resurrection made my salvation possible. I confess my sins, and I ask you to come into my heart as my personal savior. Amen!
Praise The Lord!
