This will be the back bone of my online Ministry. All are welcome to interact with each other while learning about God, the wonderful blessings he gives us and his compassionate forgiveness. I will give a verse from the Bible then explain in real world examples the meaning.

Trusting Is Not Easy
It Is Written, Isaiah 26:3, you will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.
Faith and trust are the key components of getting prayers answered. It is easy to say "if God said it, it is" but it is what happens after that, that counts.
If we still hold onto any part of the problem, we are blocking the results. Ask yourself if you have truly let go, or are you hanging onto it. Trust and faith can take a while for all of the pieces to fall into place. There is no scale or anything else to show you that the process has started, or how it is progressing. It feels like everything is just hanging out there.
God's time is not our time. We must trust His Word that He will do what He says. Patience is very difficult most of the time. Most people have a tendency to take a problem back. When we do, God stops His work.
When we come to our senses and give the request back to God, God has to start over. Any lapse in trust or faith does the same thing. When we take something back, or doubt, we are adding to the time it takes to receive our request, and creating the very condition that causes our impatience.
One last reminder. Realize that satan hates God, and you. He will do everything he can to cause a problem between you and God. Remember, the closer you get to the prize, the harder satan works. Be comforted in the fact that satan has no power over you in Jesus name. Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

Character of God
It is one thing to know about God, and it is quite another to know how He works, what to expect, and what He expects. Praying and believing is very difficult, or almost impossible if you don't know how you fit in to God's picture, and what you can count on God to do.
For one thing, His Word says that you can talk to Him at any time, and He will talk to you. Another thing about God, is His faithfulness to those who love Him. He showers His people with special favor, and as most people call them, blessings. Do you have any idea how good and loving He is?
Many people don't know Him, so they like to think they can judge His idea of mercy and justice. How foolish that is. Because they don't really know Him, they are dupes of the devil. The one who is created, cannot judge the creator. His standards and reasons are His.
The promises of God are so many, it would take an incredible amount of time to list even some of them. God has unlimited power, and love, so that nothing is impossible for Him to do. That makes His promises guaranteed.
When you put it all together, it is easy to see only one God, and only one that fits the bill. When you know God in your heart, believing is not hard to do. The secrets of God are in the Bible. Even though the Bible spells it all out, I call them secrets, because if you don't read His Word, they are secrets to you.
If you spend some time reading the New Testament, you will see parables, and the love and compassion of Jesus. It will give your prayer life a whole new, and productive meaning. Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

Potential
It Is Written, Genesis 11:6, and the Lord said, indeed, the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them.
As you probably know, this part of Genesis is about the tower of Babel. God knew that people had unlimited imagination and potential, and that would produce good or bad results.
The brain of man can conjure up all sorts of good or evil. Sometimes man tries to be God, and by his pride, he is God to himself. Even something good can be carried to an extreme that can end up doing more harm than good.
God saw that if man connected with Him, and His intelligence and wisdom , it would get to the point, that it would create more blessings for man. Man would tap in to God's wisdom, and power and be unstoppable, yet still connected to God.
God also saw that if man connected himself with satan, the opposite would be true. With man's fertile imagination and character flaws, connected with satan's wisdom of evil, the resulting horror would be unspeakable. Since man's basic nature leads to pleasure of all sorts at any cost, it would surely be a lethal combination.
So as you see, you have potential that can have no boundaries, but you have to be wise about who you join up with, God or satan. I believe most people are inbetween both possibilities. If you think all of this is totally impossible or ridiculous ask yourself one question, how many times have you heard someone say so-and-so is so successful he must've sold his soul to the devil, or so-and-so is so successful because God is taking care of him. Stretch your imagination a little. Where do you stand? Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

Cast Your Cares
As we go through life, we run across many things that cause us to get angry, or worried, followed by all kinds of stress. There is an answer for everything, and that answer is Jesus.
We have to start out by realizing that all cares fall into basically two categories, big problems such as illness, and small ones such as misunderstandings. Regardless of what kind it is, we can do nothing on our own to fix them.
As you go through the day and encounter a problem, you must decide what category it falls into, major or minor. The best thing to do with your major concerns is to take it to God in Jesus name as soon as possible. If your prayer is according to His Word, He will do it. You can find if your prayer is according to His Word, by checking your request in the Bible, and of course you believe you have received what you requested.
If the problem is one of those pesky ones, that require patience, or it's a disagreement and such, the best thing to do, is to immediately take it to the Lord, and forget. A perfect example would be a checkout lane in a place like Walmart. You have probably been in lines, when the person in front was holding everything up.
I know it is not easy, but I forced myself to do it. Just say Lord, I choose to honor you by not getting angry, and I ask you to bless that person. At that point your nerves catch a break, and things seem to get better. You can do that with all of those pesky little things just say Lord I put this in your hands for you to deal with it, thank you.
The only thing we can do, is as the song says, take it to the Lord in prayer. Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

Confidence Prayers
The other day I was led by the Holy Spirit to watch a certain show on a Christian network. This particular show was one that I was not very fond of, and it was half over, but I watched it anyway.
The Holy Spirit led me to notice one statement that really had an impact on me. It was an eye-opener that led to other things. He said that when Peter agreed to go fishing when Jesus said let's go fishing, Peter in effect took his boat out of the carnal world and put it under the control of Jesus and the spirit world. The Holy Spirit told Jesus where the fish were, and Jesus told Peter. Luke 5:1-7.
Well it made sense to me. If something is in the spirit world, it can be acted on supernaturally. I started to wonder if that idea fit other incidents in the Bible. There were many.
To name just a few, there were two incidents with Jesus telling Peter where the fish are. Then you have the two sermons with 5000 and 4000 men. When someone gave Jesus control of their lunch, it went from carnal to spiritual. The wedding at Cana. When Jesus was given control of the wine problem, same thing. When people gave Jesus their health problems, they were supernaturally healed.
I guess not everyone would agree, but as the Spirit leads you, you will. The Bible is full of examples if you look. Any problem, and I do mean any problem you give to God with a trusting heart, will end up in the spiritual world where it can be taken care of.
Another way to put it is, we live in a carnal world with carnal problems miracles only happen in the spiritual world. So it stands to reason that the carnal problem must be moved to the spiritual world, and the result comes back to the carnal world. This may seem a little strange, but if you really think about it, it makes an awful lot of sense, and helps explain many things.
To do anything like this, we must give the problem to God in prayer, trust in Him to take care of it, and stand on His Word. His Word works, always. Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

Knowledge Through Meditating
We hear about studying the Bible just about as often as the Bible is mentioned. Unfortunately, the Bible seems to be only a little more popular than a speech about giving.
Most of the people who read the Bible do just that, they read the Bible. Unfortunately when you do it that way, you will miss some very important things when it comes to the Bible. It isn't how many chapters you read, it is what you get out of it.
It is a good idea to have a good study Bible, because it usually explains difficult verses. That is a good starting point. When you meditate on what it says, many times it will give you insight into other verses. You may read a verse today that you understand better, because of something you meditated on a month ago.
Many people are confused about or upset about something they read in the Bible, because they don't understand the reasons for it. That is where meditation comes in. When you understand the why of something, you begin the road to wisdom.
If you are serious about learning, meditation will present you with more questions you can find the answers to. Meditating on the Scriptures is not a test God is giving you to see if you are worthy or not. Meditating is strictly for your own benefit. You will find yourself drawn closer to God, and He to you.
So before you dismiss the whole idea of meditating on the Bible, get the mindset that you will take your time and try meditating. You may surprise yourself, and discover something that you have been missing. Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

A Warning
Matthew 5:18, for assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.
A jot is the smallest letters in the Hebrew and Greek language, and a tittle is a tiny mark used to distinguish certain Hebrew letters. You don't have to be a genius to figure out that if the Lord says not one jot or tittle can be taken or added to the Bible, that would certainly include mass distortions.
From all of the new translations of the Bible coming on the market, you have to make sure you're not getting a corrupted one. I understand a version exists that changes Jesus role to a minor one in order to please certain groups of people. I have also been told from a reliable source, that in some of these Bibles Jesus is a prophet, and not the son of God.
In your daily life, you see on the news, at work, or possibly among friends or family, how the Bible is not only distorted, but in most cases totally ignored. You hear that it is old, and it needs to be updated for modern times and thinking. Everyone twists interpretations to make what they are doing acceptable.
At least one major denomination has gone against the Bible in a big way. They are accepting allah as equal to Almighty God, embrace homosexuality to the point where even some top clergy in this denomination embrace that lifestyle.
My friends, do not delude yourselves. There is only one God, and He inspired the entire Bible. His word is forever, and does not change. Imagine the creator of the universe expecting His creation to do things according to His word.
There are many people in this world, that hate Jesus, deny creation, and do as they please, regardless of how perverted those things may be. In this group you find many people who believe the earth was created by space dust, and life was descended from apes. They don't know how exactly all this came to be and from where, they choose to stick to it, because by denying God, they have no accountability in their minds.
God will not be mocked. Someday all must face judgment for what they have done, or have not done. Fortunately for all of us, we still have time to come to the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

Called Last
When most of us read this parable we make the immediate conclusion that the landowner is unfair. We decided that if any of the laborers had any brains, they would never work for him again.
Jesus told this parable to ordinary people who knew what it was like to work in the fields all day. The one thing that separates the opinions of the workers is what time of the day they started.
If you started early, you would undoubtedly be angry about pay and really be upset with your boss who as far as you're concerned was about as unjust as he could be. If you started late, you probably would think that that same boss was the best one you ever worked for.
Salvation is pretty much the same way. Some are called when they are five years old. Some of these people spend their life serving God. Along the way they probably help many others find Jesus, helped the poor, and reflected the light of Jesus to many people for many years. Their reward is probably eternity with Jesus.
Others came to Jesus at various ages. Some even came to Jesus when they were dying. These also are eligible for eternity with Jesus. Is that fair? Yes. God does not operate in time as we do, He just goes by results, because He loves His children. Looking at it from strictly a Christian point of view I doubt if anyone wherever they fell in that range of ages would feel cheated because they have one thing in common, they all love God.
If we look at a lifetime as a speck of sand in the universe full of sand, it would be as nothing and that would not even begin to give you an idea of what it would be in eternity. Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

Eternal Life
John 3:16, for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
The subject of eternal life is by its nature, very difficult for most people to think about. Many avoid it because of fear of death, and the fact that they don't know if there is an afterlife, and if there is where are they going. It is hard for some people to accept that they are mortal and there is no escaping eternity.
Another outlook is one of total denial. Many people think hell does not exist, and that everyone will go to Heaven. They choose to remain totally ignorant or in denial about Jesus, because He is a hindrance to their lifestyle.
Then you have people that believe and say that their God would not send anyone to hell because He loves everybody. It is pretty interesting that they say that about a God they don't even know.
Maybe one of the biggest problems about eternity is the whole idea of forever. We as humans have no idea of what that means, because we have nothing to compare it to. Forever just boggles the brain. It can and does terrify most people.
The whole point is, you have a choice. Jesus gave you that chance. Follow Him, forget your ways, and end up in a glorious place forever. You can know that now if you accept Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. There is nothing to fear if you're on the right side of the question. Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

Truth In Fact
This verse simply means, to renounce self-centered ambitions and concentrate on things concerning the kingdom. Jesus knew it would not be easy for many people. Success ultimately depends on the level of commitment.
This idea is a real problem for most of us. As humans we want what we want, when we want it. When we commit our lives to Jesus after salvation, most of us don't realize what that really means.
When we tell Jesus that we submit to His will, we sometimes get the idea that He will always enable us to do what we want to do. The opposite is usually true.
Jesus has the perfect plan for each of us. He knows what is best, and all of the steps to get us there. He sees who must do what and how in order to make His plan work. We on the other hand are like blind men. We see nothing.
Jesus motive is for us to join Him in Heaven, so when we do something that might hinder that, He stops us and tries to direct us back to the path.
Being human we pout, complain, blame God for messing up our plans. Sometimes it takes a lifetime to figure out that we weren't carrying our cross, Jesus was. Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

An Appeal for Prayer Warriors
Matthew 18:20, for where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.
Here we are back to intercessory prayer. The Bible tells us to pray for others. Prayers need not be lengthy, just sincere, followed by faith and trust.
As it says in Matthew 18:20, about two or three, imagine the power of 100 or thousand. That is power. There are many things we can agree together on, and if we all pray the same thing, miracles will happen.
Pray for salvation for family, friends, even strangers. Healing of all kinds, including addictions. Whatever we believe, according to the Word of God, and have faith and trust in Jesus ability to perform it, it will happen.
I am trying to find people to agree in prayer for the same thing, for a week at a time. It can be longer of course depending on what the subject is and how other people feel about. Pray on your own schedule, but pray every day for whatever amount of time you feel is right. There is nothing formal about this, except the power of so many people praying together for the same thing. If you have testimonies of answered prayer, or need prayer, just email me at sebastianminarcik@gmail.com. You can also make a comment on my blog that I can share with everyone else.
The Lord has put on my heart, to find as many people as possible, to pray in this upside down world. The world and our country, are so in need of prayer. Man cannot straighten out this mess that we find ourselves in, only God can do that. It will require sincere prayer by all Christians to make it happen.
Since January is half over, I propose we all pray for the salvation of others for the rest of this month. Any suggestions for next month would be greatly appreciated. Remember, the cost to you is nothing, but the results will please the Lord, and bless you at the same time.
God bless you for caring. Praise the Lord!

To The Least Of These
This verse is easy to understand, and is very powerful. The Lord tells us in plain English how much it means to Him. So why is the average Christian pretty much ignoring what Jesus said?
For starters, how many of us know that this verse is in the Bible? If we know it, are we overwhelmed by it to the point of helplessness on our part? What can we do?
First of all, there are so many people in need in this world, it is staggering. We are bombarded by so many charities on TV and in the mail, it makes your head spin. You don't know who to help because there are so many and a large percentage of them are scams.
If you read Matthew 25:34-40 for the full story you will see mentioned some things that seem almost impossible. But there is a solution.
Try to get the volume of appeals down in your head. Check out the category that is on your heart. Check a few of them out. It would be a good idea to select charities that also teach the word. Talk to the Lord about it, and do what is in your heart.
Next, pray for these charities with a sincere heart. Keep your eyes open for someone to help. It doesn't always have to be money. An encouraging word or a prayer works according to God's will. Before you dismiss it as most people do, think about it. Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

God is Big
God is Big
It Is Written, Psalm 145:3, great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and His greatness is unsearchable. Most people will tell you that God can do anything, but in their hearts it is usually a different story. Why the disconnect? Most people judge what God can do, by what man can do.
If you believe in God to begin with, He is only as big and powerful as your mind let's Him be. We limit God by our thinking, and then we judge Him for it.
Sometimes we limit God by what our friends think. Will they ridicule you, or make you the butt of jokes? Are you thinking of you, or of God?
Think about this. God created everything, so it stands to reason He can fix anything. Since God is a spirit He can be everywhere at once. God can perform miracles that are so impossible to us, that even if we witness one, most people wouldn't believe, and look for another explanation.
When you realize in your heart that God is a supreme being, then raising the dead, growing new limbs on a person, or any other thing that we consider impossible, is no effort for Him. When you know in your heart that He has no limits, He will start working in your life. He is as big as we need Him to be. Just believe. Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

What If?
As rational human beings, concerned with our welfare and that of our families, we should ask ourselves, what if?
With so many things changing daily, people are getting more anxious and confused about the direction of their lives. Life which was once so precious seems to have no value at all. Abortions, random violence, terrorist attacks, make most people afraid of just about everything.
Marriage and family have been redefined as people drift farther away from God. The Constitution has been trampled in the dust. Political correctness is turning our lives in such a way, that we have fewer and fewer freedoms.
It is time to ask ourselves a very big question. The question most people will not consider. What if the Bible is right? What if following the Bible can bring peace, freedom, and happiness?
Any reasonable person can see that the road we are on is headed downhill to destruction. Ask yourself, what have I got to lose, and, what have I got to gain? There is a light to show the way, the Word of God, the Bible. Don't follow the crowd, stand up for yourself. Don't let the world decide where you spend eternity. Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

Prayer = Blessings
This message is meant to help many people get a better understanding of what prayer is. From conversations with the number of people, it became pretty clear that a lot of people were still going by ritualistic types of prayer.
Look at prayer as a conversation with God. When you talk to God, you don't have to worry about whether He understands your problems or not, He does. He expects you to tell Him the deepest thoughts in your heart. You can expect no condemnation.
When you pray, especially for someone else, it is in effect praising Him. How can that be? When you pray, you are telling God that you have faith in Him and you trust Him. So whether you knew it or not, every time you prayed, you were praising God. The fact that a person forgets about himself and prays for someone else, makes God smile and bless you.
Then you have some people that do not pray because they feel they don't know the right words, or prayer takes too long. Both of these ideas are wrong. God wants your words from the heart. Even if you just say, Jesus I love you, it ranks up there with all of the most eloquent prayers ever prayed. When you consider what prayer really is, you can pray 100 times a day and not even realize it. Prayers like, I thank you Lord, Lord I could use some help, Lord what is the best way to do this? Every little thing could be a prayer of praise. You don't have to be on your knees for hours.
Praying for someone can be very easy. You see someone and you say in your heart, Lord bless that person in Jesus name, or Lord help that person in Jesus name.
Prayer groups are just collections of people that agree in prayer for certain things. It could be for leaders, peace on earth, against a disease. The verse at the beginning of this message is true. Can you imagine what 500, or 1000 or 10,000 people around the world praying for the same thing could do?
It could change the world with miracles and blessings, that's what! Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

Jesus
God sent His only Son to us on a rescue mission. Jesus became one of us in every way, so that He would know firsthand about what people had to deal with in life.
Jesus lived as we do, with no special privileges. He grew in faith and knowledge during His years leading up to His ministry. Since He became a man, I assume that He started with the same faith that we have, but He developed it so much more than us, because He was constantly talking to His Father.
Philippians 2:5, let this mind be in you which was also in Christ. 1 John 2:6, the man who professes to continue in Him, is himself also bound to live as He lived.
These verses tell us we are to be imitators of Jesus in all we do or say. In order for us to do this, we received the fruits of the Holy Spirit when we accepted Christ as Savior. Galatians 5:22-23 is a good guide to life as Jesus lived. Of course there are also commandments to pay attention to.
The amazing thing about what Jesus expects of us, is pretty similar to how we would like to be treated. It is impossible to list all that Jesus is or did. Even the Bible covers only a small part of it.
It is totally unbelievable to see and hear how much people hate Jesus, and how the mention of His is name stirs up such strong emotions. It makes absolutely no sense. For instance. If I said I hate peanut butter, and you mentioned peanut butter, what would you think if I became angry? Pretty silly isn't it. I'm sure Jesus didn't get emotional about something He didn't agree with just because somebody said something.
The reality is, take Jesus out of the picture, and you see the darkness of this world getting darker. Evil is growing everywhere in the absence of Jesus. People are in denial of anything that they think would interfere with the way they want to live. If you deny Jesus, H's e still exists. Deny hell, it still exists. You can't make things go away just because you don't agree with them.
Jesus is the only way to salvation, but time is running out. Have a blessed day. Praise Lord!

Prayer
Prayer is difficult for many people. Most people think that prayer is a long drawn out process. Many people were raised in a religion that kept them distant from God. And of course you have people that say that they don't know how to pray.
Let me put your mind at ease on some of these points. First of all, we believe that we talk straight to God. Yes, I said talk to God. No middleman, no going through someone. A person that is saved becomes righteous through Christ, and becomes a child of God, and speaks directly to God.
When you pray, realize you are talking to your new father. Relax and pour your heart out to Him. Tell Him everything that is on your mind and heart about the subject you need help with. When you think about God listening, imagine yourself listening to your child. The difference is He is much more so.
When you pray, start by asking God for forgiveness if you have sin on your heart. If you ask according to God's will, your prayer will be answered every time. Receiving your request depends on your faith. The keys to answered prayer are sincerity, and faith.
We could go on and on for a week or more talking about prayer. This is rather simplified but as I said it is a very deep subject. We could probably write for a week or more and still have a long way to go. In any case just relax and trust God, and you will be surprised at what God considers prayer.

Pray For Someone
Intercessory prayer ( prayer for others ) is the most powerful prayer there is. These prayers we communicate with the Holy Spirit, asking Him to help people we may not even know. Jesus himself worked all of His miracles through the power of the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit put the idea of intercessory prayer on my heart. At the present time we have a small prayer team. The thought He gave me was that the team must grow in order to save more people through the power of the Holy Spirit.
At the present time, nearly 3000 people in at least 61 countries view these blogs. If we could build a prayer team with as many of these people as possible, we could bring about a good change in the world for Christ.
If you are like most of us, you probably shy away from talking to friends, neighbors, or anyone about Jesus. This way you can pray for people without even meeting them. Jesus said He is the vine and we are the branches. What better way to worship God, then helping new branches flourish.
I will explain the role of the Holy Spirit clearly once we get started. You will find out right at the beginning that he is the power behind prayer.
If you would like to be a part of this much expanded prayer team, leave a comment on the blog, or even email me at sebastianminarcik@gmail.com
If we get the members I expect, there will be a free monthly newsletter that will contain prayer requests from the members, testimonials, and basically anything that is on a member's mind connected with the project. We will also give any updates if necessary.
One more thing. When we forget ourselves and pray for others, God gives us the desires of our hearts. Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

Prayer of Salvation
Lord Jesus, I thank you for what you did on the cross for me. Your blood washed away all my sins, by your stripes I was healed, your death and resurrection brought me salvation. Please forgive my sins, and come into my heart as my personal Savior.
Thank You Lord

Blessings
If you are a fairly regular reader of these blogs, you have undoubtedly noticed that the subjects of salvation, doing things God's way, and divine healing are mentioned quite often.
These subjects are so important to each person, that they cannot be mentioned enough. One of the fruits of the Holy Spirit is love. Love takes a chance of offending someone with the constant repetition. The Holy Spirit put that message on my heart, because the Lord God doesn't want anyone to perish but to have eternal life.
As we know salvation comes through what Jesus did on the cross. By His stripes we were healed, which leads to divine healing. Divine healing is probably the hardest thing for some people to grasp. I am now going to give you a true story, of what is happening in my life right now.
A couple of weeks ago my wife went to see an orthopedic specialist because of severe pains in her knees. He took x-rays and told her that both knees and her right hip must be replaced.
We prayed about whether to put our trust in God for divine healing, or whether we should go with the surgery. We opted to go with divine healing because we trust that God will keep His promise. satan kept trying to discourage my wife with every bit of negativity he could come up with.
She kept telling satan that he is a liar. One morning a week or so ago, she told me she was being attacked more than usual. At that moment the Holy Spirit put on my heart what to tell her. I said, "if satan says anything, we know he is a liar, so the exact opposite must be true." satan is confirming your healing.
We have witnessed a number of healings in the past. We decided that we definitely are standing on the Word of God because the Word of God says by Jesus stripes we were healed. So we prayed in the name of Jesus and believed for the healing. Once we did that, in our hearts we received the healing. The manifestation of that healing is taking place as I write this.
Faith is that what the Word says is true. Whether you talk about salvation, divine healing, or any other promise of God, it is true because He cannot lie. I know it is hard for some people to believe that salvation does not require works, or that divine healing still takes place the same as it did during Jesus time on earth, but that doesn't mean it isn't true.
Everything in these blogs, I feel are directed by the Holy Spirit, because someone, somewhere, needs to hear. People need to know about God, no matter where in the world they live.
The rest of the series I started yesterday, will continue tomorrow. I just felt an urgency about passing this information on to whoever needed to hear it. Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

Is It Decision Time?
As we begin a new year, and a chance to do better, we should consider briefly what occurred last year. Were we happy with the way things went? Did we make mostly right decisions, or were we guided by what the world calls smart? How did that turn out?
In order to make sense out of it all, we need to look at the role Jesus did or did not play last year in our lives. It is pretty simple. If we allow Jesus to show us the way, we were probably pretty happy. On the other hand, if we did it our way, we probably need to reconsider how we will handle the new year.
In order to follow someone, the prudent thing is to know them and what they are capable of. Are you putting your trust for advice in order to make decisions in someone who is reliable and able, or just anybody? Do you know Jesus, or have you dismissed Him as irrelevant in your life. Do you believe He was just a prophet, or was He in fact the son of God. Do you know whether or not He proved everything He claimed.?
Everyone is called to redemption by God. Sad part is, only a relatively small percentage of people accept the gift of salvation. Those that do are guided through life according to God's great plan for them. Those who do not answer the call, are allowed to do whatever they feel is best for them. Many people hate Jesus and those who follow Him, because they refuse to repent and change their hearts from any evil that they are doing. They do not realize that their rejection of Jesus actually condemns them.
This week we will look at God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and an example of how they have operated in people's lives. The last subject will probably be an eye-opener, as most people don't realize the role the Holy Spirit plays in our everyday lives.
The whole idea is, you should know what you are accepting or rejecting. Just a slight reminder. It doesn't matter how good, or how bad you are, even if you hate Jesus, God loves you so much, He will forgive you if you ask Him for forgiveness and confess Jesus as your Savior. Have a blessed day. Praise the Lord!

Makes satan Fear You
Many people accept the lies and distortions that satan peddles. He closes their hearts, eyes, and ears to the truth. He says bad is good, and good is bad, to all who reject Jesus.
satan takes advantage of every vice known to man. He paints pictures that appeal to man's pride, greed, lust, self-indulgence, and so on. He tells people there are no limits to pleasure, as evidenced by the fact that so many people are doing it.
If you even consider doing any of this stuff, you are opening the door for satan to deceive you to ultimate death.
When we accept Jesus as our Savior, we receive many things. We become righteous in God through Jesus. This is right standing with God. We also become His child. Galatians 5:22-23, tells us of what is called the fruits of the spirit. This is a list of new qualities in our lives, that we should live by.
In the process we also receive the Holy Spirit Himself. He is an ever present guide sent by Jesus to help us live according to God's will. He warns us about things that satan is trying to deceive us with. The Holy Spirit will help us keep our hearts, eyes, and ears focused on God. All we have to do is listen to His voice in our hearts.
satan is relentless, and he will attack everyone. The Bible says he goes about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. 1 Peter 5:8. Many people tell satan to leave, but he doesn't because they fear him. They use words as if the words were magic spell.
When satan attacks a real believer, the story is different. The believer knows that satan has been defeated by Jesus. The believer knows that he is in right standing with God, and that he has the authority to use Jesus name from Jesus Himself.
All the believer has to do to make satan run in fear, is to call on the name of Jesus and tell satan to leave. Because the believer is righteous, uses the name of Jesus, and has the Holy Spirit for backup, the believer is operating from a position of unconquerable power. No devil on earth or in hell can stand up to that.
Remember. As a child of God, you have what Jesus had. So fear not, satan has been defeated by Jesus, forever. satan has no power over you. In Jesus you have power over satan.
