Sick and Tired

It Is Written, John 16:33, these things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace.  In the world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.
How many times have you heard someone say that they are sick and tired? Sometimes you will even hear someone say, I am sick and tired of being sick and tired.
I think most of us know what they mean.  Everyday life is full of challenges and obstacles.  It seems that something always goes wrong.  People sometimes get so used to hardship that they expect it.  They don't realize they are feeding the problem.
Whether you talk about a person, company, or government, human nature does not like change.  Things have to get really bad for someone to change.
Many times we seem to be blocked in one way or another.  Most people call it bad luck, but there is usually more to it than that.  Things happen that you cannot prevent, but you can change your attitude about how you handle it.  Many times, our everyday attitude dictates how we live.
Another possibility is that God is trying to steer you in the right direction, because you are headed for much bigger trouble on your own.  Here is a suggestion that might help.
Read the story of the angel, the donkey, and the false prophet named Balaam.  Numbers chapter 22 tells the story.  The short version is verses 22-35.
If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, read Numbers chapter 22. Then find a quiet place to look at your situation with an honest mind.  You will probably come to the conclusion that I came to some years ago.  God is the only answer.  Have a blessed day.
Praise the Lord!
Remember Jesus Loves You
Prayer of Salvation
Lord Jesus, I thank you for what you did on the cross for me.  Your blood washed away all my sins, by your stripes I was healed, your death and resurrection brought me salvation.  Please forgive my sins, and come into my heart as my personal Savior.
Thank You Lord
Amen
