This will be the back bone of my online Ministry. All are welcome to interact with each other while learning about God, the wonderful blessings he gives us and his compassionate forgiveness. I will give a verse from the Bible then explain in real world examples the meaning.

Christmas
My wife and I had two children, many moons ago. When Christmas came each year, we did all we could to make our kids happy. Plenty of gifts all of the time. Everything was happy and fun.
Well, our sons grew up, and the older they got, the less fun it was. It just never seemed to be the same. As a matter of fact, as each Christmas came, I started to get depressed two weeks before. It became increasingly difficult thinking about Christmas.
A number of years ago, we finally figured out that Christmas was about Jesus, and not only about children and gifts. Every year we make an effort to remember that. When all of us gather for Christmas dinner with our close relatives, we have a birthday cake for Jesus. All of this really turned things around for me. The depression, and the empty feeling left me.
I'm happy to say, that now Jesus is in my heart in a special way. I have felt Jesus in my heart, for a long time. But for some reason, it seems multiplied by thousands of times now. He is God's greatest gift to us. Christmas now, has joy that I have not felt before, even more so than when our kids were small and at home.
When we replaced the so-called normal Christmas observance, with the gift of Jesus, and what His birthday means, all of the so-called normal Christmas traditions, are enjoyable again.
Remember this my friends. If Jesus didn't come, and later die and rise again, we would all be doomed to hell for eternity. If that isn't a reason for great joy, I don't know what is. We ask God's blessing on each person, and wish you a blessed and Happy Birthday Jesus. God bless you and your family. PraiseThe Lord!
Remember Jesus loves You.
Prayer of salvation
Lord Jesus, I thank you for what you did on the cross for me. Your blood washed away all my sins, by your stripes I was healed, your death and resurrection brought me salvation. Please forgive my sins, and come into my heart as my personal Savior.
Thank You Lord
Amen

Are We Really Forgiven ?
It is a sad fact that quite a few people carry a heavy burden of past sins. They are not convinced that God has forgiven them, because they cannot forgive themselves. If you are one of these people, stop beating yourself up. When Jesus died on the cross, all of our sins were forgiven, and would no longer be remembered, if we repent.
When God sent His Son Jesus on a rescue mission to save man, He meant all who repent. God did not specify certain people, what kind of sins, or how many, or how often.
The forgiveness of sins, and salvation for whoever accepted it, was part of the good news that Jesus preached. It was unconditional love from Jesus that made this possible.
You may not realize that caring that sin burden God forgave, is like saying that what Jesus did was not good enough. I don't think any of us wants to be guilty of thinking that way.
Be assured, that no matter how bad you have been in the past, or for how many years you were that way, if you repent from your heart, God forgave ALL of those sins, and does not remember them, so you shouldn't either. God bless you and your family. Praise The Lord!

Compassion
The definition of compassion is, sympathetic pity, and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others.
Most people feel sympathy for someone who is dealing with death of a loved one, or has some kind of serious illness. This is a feeling that our creator gave to each of us.
A problem that many people have at times, is a total lack of compassion. We have a tendency to look at people as being solely responsible for the situation they find themselves in. Examples could be, cancer from smoking, or liver disease from drinking, and so on. There are many others.
What seems as self-inflicted problems, are usually the result of bad decisions. Now we come to a very contentious statement. satan causes all of these problems. When a person is far from God, satan comes in and leads a person to make bad decisions, and a lifetime that leads to destruction.
As Christians, we should look at other people with compassion, and not judgementally. Remember, but for the grace of God, we would be in their place. Next time you see some unfortunate person, ask yourself what Jesus would do. If you can help, help, if that's not possible pray for them. It's not a bad idea to pray for them anyway. God bless you and your family. Praise The Lord!

Inner Joy and Peace
When you ask someone what the word joy means, they will probably say," a happy feeling". If you look at the word joy according to the times we live in, that would probably be a good answer.
Joy is one of the fruits of the Holy Spirit, that we receive when we are saved. Galatians 5:22 specifically mentions that fact. Joy is not an outward feeling as we know it. Most people say they do not have joy in their life, because they associate joy with happiness.
True joy is a spiritual thing, that you may not even recognize as joy. It comes when you find Jesus, and make Him a big part of your life. Joy is usually associated with an inner peace that you don't understand, and have never felt before.
Hope is defined in spiritual terms as expecting as fact, what you pray for. Are joy, peace, and hope, looking familiar?
When you live life with Jesus in it, as number one, you are automatically experiencing peace, joy, and hope, beyond understanding. God bless you and your family. Praise The Lord!

Blessings And Miracles
Lately some of my blogs are about things I heard from other preachers. As usual, I believe the Holy Spirit showed me the significance of what I heard. These following words are what was revealed to me.
Miracles usually occur when a situation is at crisis level, and no human intervention is possible. The power of God is revealed to believers and unbelievers alike.
Blessings are another story. When something happens, that is not according to our plans, from heavy traffic, to unexpected bills, and anything else, we can get upset, or call it a blessing.
I know that sounds a little crazy, but consider this. Most of the time, we have blessings and don't even know it. Now the hard part for many people.
We will use a delay in something as an example. That delay which may be irritating at first, may actually be preventing something bad that would have happened to us if we had not been delayed. So it is a blessing. Just trust that God's timing is perfect, and He always does what is best for those who love Him.
Blessings always preceed something better, if you see it as it really is. God blesses, satan curses. Philippians 4:13 says it all, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Loves Much
The words of this verse are familiar to most Christians. The sinful woman who anointed Jesus feet with oil, was a well-known sinner . As a matter of fact, she probably knew it more than anyone else.
Jesus told the parable of the creditor, and the two debtors, as an example to the Pharisees. They were more likely to get the meaning of this story, since there self-righteousness blinded them to their own ways.
If we are honest with ourselves, we have varying levels of joy about our salvation. If we live a regular life, don't intentionally do anything bad, in our opinion, we usually don't feel we are much of a sinner. Because we feel that way, we believe Jesus doesn't have much to forgive us for.
On the other hand, someone who is on drugs, or alcohol, maybe abusive to his family, and is in general, a very bad person, has a lot to forgive.
None of us is less a sinner in Jesus eyes, we are all guilty, and He died for all of us. If we look at ourselves through God's eyes, none of us measures up to His standards. All of us should feel the joy of salvation through Jesus, because His unconditional love led Him to die on the cross for all of our sins, regardless of how many, and how bad. No one is beyond God's forgiveness. God bless you and your family. Praise The Lord!

Commitment
Basically all believers want to please God. To this end, they try to follow Proverbs 3:5-6, trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding: in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your path.
People are always asking how you know what God's will is, and how do you know you are following Him?The Word of God is built on faith. Romans 10:17 says, so then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. When you know what the Word says, your faith grows.
The first thing in the morning, ask the Holy Spirit to guide you in everything you think, say, and do, during the day. Then believe that you are following God's plan for you that day.
There is a way, that I heard about from a preacher, and it really made sense to me. It made me change what I do, to some extent. I am not saying this is the only way to do God's will, because I do both now.
Start the day committing everything you do, think, or say to the Lord. You are dedicating your whole self to God, as a way of praise, thanks, and honor to Him.
Committing, or dedicating, your whole heart and actions to God keeps you in touch with the Holy Spirit for guidance. Remember that you can do this through the power of the Holy Spirit and not on your own.
I believe if you give committing your heart and day to the Lord, you will be very happy that you did, and will have God's peace in your heart. God bless you and your family. Praise the Lord!
